Job Description:

B&B Holdings Medellín S.A.S. is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience, with a strong focus on PHP and MySQL,

as well as proficiency in Laravel. This role requires English communication skills.

You will play a key role in developing robust web applications and maintaining high standards in both front-end and back-end development.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack web applications using Laravel and MySQL.

- Design efficient database structures and write optimized queries and statements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.

- Participate in code reviews and implement best practices for coding standards.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications.

- Use version control systems (Git) to manage codebase and project collaboration.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.

- Strong proficiency in Laravel and MySQL.

- Experience with front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (Vue.js/React/Angular preferred).

- Solid understanding of database design and optimization with MySQL.

Plus:

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Familiarity with cloud-based services such as Azure App Services and Azure SQL.

- Exposure to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Soft Skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in both English and Spanish.

Experience:

- Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure. 

- Experience with GitHub for version control and collaboration. 

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, AJAX, and JSON.
